Experience your dream wedding day at Gracehill Vineyard Estate with a Pop-up Wedding, a simple and intimate way to celebrate.  Pop Up Weddings are a new way to get married – enjoying the beautiful surroundings of a wedding venue without the stress of planning a whole day.

An all-inclusive effortless alternative to a registry office, this is becoming a popular option for time/budget conscious couples.  Whether you are travelling from overseas, have limited time, a small number of guests or don’t want the fuss of a traditional full reception service – we will have a package to suit you.

Our packages cater for 10-150 guests for a 2.5 hour service, exclusive use of our unique private 5 acres of grounds (including ceremony pergola, private lake & vineyard),  Canapes & Bubbles package and options for a Celebrant and Photographer.

With this contemporary relaxed style of wedding, the set-up, clean-up and catering is done for you, you just need to invite your guests and turn up on the day!  Gracehill Vineyard Estate is a stunning venue for Pop Up Weddings; located only 30 minutes from Auckland’s CBD in a beautiful country setting, providing a special charm and romance that will turn your special day into an unforgettable experience.

Exclusive use of the venue*, private lake and surrounding 5 acres of manicured grounds for ceremony (inside or outside) and photos

Canapé and bubbles package $50 p/person

$450.00 Wedding Celebrant; includes skype meeting, email contact to put ceremony together, ceremony writing, ceremony from 1/2 hour prior & direction regarding marriage license (this does not include rehearsal or second meeting).

$800.00 3.5 hour Photography Package from before Guest Arrival to after Guest Departure, email contact, 100 high and low resolution edited photos, all images provided on USB.
